Hi, my name is Chris and I'm a sound designer for games, music, and other storytelling media who also mixes and masters music and other audio content. I also love going on field recording expeditions and help international musical artists sound their best.

With 20 years of experience in sound recording and a degree in jazz performance and education from IFM Osnabrück and Berklee College of Music, I always bring my musical ear and keen attention to detail to any project I work on. Curently, I am pursuing a master's degree in Sound Design for Video Games via ThinkSpace Education at University of Chichester (UK, Remote).

I'm proficient in all common DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Ableton, Cubase, Logic, Reason), Izotope RX, Adobe Audition, and am equipped to mix and master audio professionally on a calibrated monitoring setup.

Under the moniker BØLT, I mix and master music, create sound effects libraries, sample packs, and DAW presets. These libraries have been downloaded over 10,000 times around the globe and my catalog now ranges from synthetic sound effects captured using authentic retro synths to multi-sampled Kontakt libraries and foley-based drum kits.
